The operation of InterNexa Brasil is now under the responsibility of Megatelecom.

We are pleased to inform you that following the approval from the competent regulatory authorities in Brazil, the share purchase process of InterNexa Operadora de Telecomunicações S.A. ("InterNexa Brasil") by Megatelecom S.A. ("Megatelecom") has been successfully completed.As of April 1, 2024, the operation of InterNexa Brasil has become part of Megatelecom. We are confident that this decision will allow the continuity of business in this country, alongside a reputable and experienced company like Megatelecom, who will ensure to continue delivering the best service to all stakeholders.

For the next six months, Megatelecom will continue to use the InterNexa brand in Brazil while the internal transition and rebranding process takes place.
