Bogota, July 14, 2025 - InterNexa announces a historic investment of more than $8 billion pesos for the deployment of 25 new connectivity nodes in more than 20 strategic municipalities in the country. This initiative, with more than 60% of the nodes already implemented, is part of the InterNexa 2.0 strategy to accelerate Colombia's digital transformation.

"This evolution marks a before and after in the way we connect Colombia," said Andres Sanchez, Country Manager of InterNexa Colombia. The company went from implementing an average of 2 nodes per year during its first 24 years, to more than 10 nodes per year today.
In its first 24 years, InterNexa deployed 50 commercial and 30 strategic nodes. With this new goal of 25 additional nodes by the end of 2025, the company is significantly accelerating its growth.
